i've lost 65 pounds since august 24, but getting the last chunk off has been so hard. I feel so ? skinny ? at my current weight so I dont really have strong motivation anymore to keep actively losing 2 pounds a week or really anything. I suppose thats the issue with coming at weight loss from appearance rather than health lol, I want to get down to 160 because thats the goal i started with but like ugh jeez its just sort of a number goal- has anyone had the same experience or has any tips? my stats should be in my tag
