Best substitution for sugar cravings?

I just bought a bunch of fruits that are in season so I can put them in the freezer and make smoothies when Im craving something sweet (which is basically everyday)

But I’m on a calorie deficit & I really want to cut down on sugar & carbs as much as I can so right now, I’m a little strict on what I can eat & what I can’t eat. Usually I’d be lenient with myself and let myself have ‘unhealthy’ snacks but I’m on a serious diet now so things are different this time๐Ÿ˜”.

  1. What are your favorite substitutes for when you’re craving sugar or sweet things? For me, I opted for fruits but I would like to mix something with them (I love yoplait / flavored yogurt but I learned they’re full of sugar and I hate greek yogurt so…)

  2. Are there anything similar to yogurt, acai bowls, etc that are actually healthy? or are smoothies my only option
