Hii, 21F, 197 LBs and desperately struggling to lose weight. My goal has been 110 LBs but I've been stagnating around 180-190 for a whole year despite the walking and minor lifting I do thanks to my job.
I have PCOS, which admittedly makes melting the fat off SO hard with constant unhealthy cravings due to crashes and hormonal instability. I'm currently aiming for something a bit smaller (165 LBs) by the end of winter if I can push hard enough, and if that's possible to lose 30 in like what, 4ish months?
Big struggle is upper thigh, hip, and stomach fat. I don't want a 100% flat stomach because that's not ideally too healthy. Got to have some fat to protect internal organs but I want to get slim enough to be able to wear cute clothes and not feel gross when I go outside. I've been making some dietary changes with 0 sugar drinks (0 sprite with a mio and also sparkling ice is my go-to rn) cupping out chips for low-cal stuff and rice cakes, and I'm actively trying to replace candies and baked goods with low sugar healthier options (I do have a while bag of chewy sweetarts in my room but those are for in moderation)
I've taken some tips from other sites/subs about weight loss and diet fixing but I want more advice, all the advice, every weird little tip and trick and secret that'll finally make me happy, yknow? My apartment has a gym that's open during weekdays with a treadmill I'm gonna try out on my next day off, and I already hit 5-6k steps per day at work. It's a little too cold out rn for walking outside but regardless. I just need some help feeling comfortable finally
