Hello! I rarely drink, and when I do, it is usually 2-3 drinks. Those are enough to trigger the 'starvation delusion' - two small beers in and I hoover a bag of chips or a whole frozen pizza.
I hate it. Not only does it contribute to weight gain, but I actually feel horrible the next morning.
How could I manage it or avoid it? Eating dinner beforehand doesn't make a difference because it is anyway not about real hunger.
Of course, I could ditch alcohol altogether, but I would also like to be able to have an occasional couple of drinks without The Starvation kicking in.
What would be some healthy snacks that could scratch that itch? The alcohol Starvation likes carby, spicy, greasy.
