Hello everyone,
I am writing here to have some advices/opinions. (Sorry if there are some mistakes and for scales because I am French).
I am a 1m72cm male who started at 97 kgs on November 16th.
I am eating about 1500-1700kcal a day (on average) with like 120-140g protein (on average too).
I go to the gym 4x a week (upper/lower) and have a fencing training a week.
I am now stuck for about 2 weeks bouncing between 90,… kgs and 91,… kgs .
Do i just need to trust the process or is there something wrong here ?
