So for starters I just had a baby 9 months ago (25 F). I didn’t blow up really while I was pregnant mostly nobody knew I was pregnant. I ended up having to get induced and laying in bed getting pumped with fluid did make me gain about 30 pounds. After the hospital I weighed 155 and I was okay with that my stomach didn’t go down completely yet. I was on maternity leave for about 4 or 5 months. I ended up gaining the weight right back. ( I am breastfeeding currently which makes you extremely hungry)
So now I am doing a calorie deficit I’ve been doing it for about 2 weeks now I’ve lost 3 pounds so far and I extremely happy about that. But I changed how much I am eating and how much I am eating.
I have a protein shake in the morning, I usually eat a bag of pop chips for a snack and then I have dinner. I usually have about 800 calories left or a little less than that (1800 goal)
Is this safe to do, do you think that I will lose a good amount of weight by April if I keep this up?
