I'm in my own head at the gym - how do I get out?

So lately I've been trying to get into strength training and take it a little more seriously. But I am very much an overthinker in life. I overthink EVERYTHING. And that is the worst thing you can do when at the gym. As such, I am constantly in my own head worrying over form and correct form at that.

Take deadlifts for example. I've been focusing more and more on deadlifts just trying to nail at least one thing first. I've watched dozens of tutorials online. I think I'm doing it correct. And then sure enough, someone tells me I'm doing it wrong when I post video. Either my hips aren't low enough, or I'm pulling with arms. Or I'm not driving with legs. Even though as I'm doing the deadlift, in my mind I'm trying to direct the motion through the hips and legs as best as I can.

And then I almost get discouraged to try because everytime I try to correct myself, I find I overthink something and then get something else wrong.

We don't have a PT at my gym at the moment, so I have no one there to correct me in person. I don't know...how do you get out of your own head when strength training and stop worrying about every facet of what you're gonna do wrong?

I sometimes think I overthink it and then do something wrong trying to think about every element of the lift. If that makes any sense at all.
