Was proud lf myself for staying disciplined enough since october on my weight loss journey up until this last week.
The week before christmas, i had to stay at home for a week because i was experiencing quite some pain after my period (thankfully the pain is gone). And had to obviously stop exercising in that time. And this week my family came for a visit for christmas and well I stayed a bit too much on the table and not a lot of time exercising, this coupled with last week has made me gain nearly 18lbs. I had been trying for 2 months to lose 15lbs and now on a week i gain 18, I feel awful with myself.
I know that the weight i gained is not fat entirely but wanted to have an estimate in order to know my new "baseline" for my next weight loss journey.
