Can someone help me?

Hi there,

I am a 32 year old female, I'm wanting to lose 1 st 8lbs. I am struggling to work out what calories I need to be consuming, and how many calories I need to be burning. I've used the TDEE calculator, but It's only showing my maintenance calories?

I am 5'3/160cm 9st 13lbs/63kg

My assumption is I need to be consuming 1,300 calories and burning 500 as my maintenance calories are coming up at 2,900

Any help is very much appreciated

FYI I've lost 1st 9lbs I am just stuck as this weight for about 2 months now
