Can anyone explain this?

Hi all,

So I am going to the gym and am coming to the end of my first body recomposition before I start bulking in a couple of weeks time.

When I weighed myself this morning I was 145 pounds. I ran to the gym, did my legs workout, and ran back, totalling about 7 miles of running in total. I also drank in total about one litre of water.

When I got back home I decided to weigh myself again and somehow it is saying I weigh exactly the same? Despite me having breakfast (some granola and Greek yoghurt) and having one litre of water?

Can anyone explain this? Does this mean my actual weight is a bit lighter than 10 stone 5? I’m just confused as I would have thought surely my weight would be slightly higher since I have eaten and drank?
