Last year, I would eat a slice of toast for breakfast, be really hungry at lunch and eat two containers of pasta, and then eat dinner at night after I'd get too hungry to bear it anymore (sometimes enough, sometimes not). I would do running cardio for two hours a week, and by doing all of this, I'd lose about a kg about every week or two. I stopped losing weight for a bit earlier this year (despite starting to eat less than what's aforementioned) so I upped my game and nowadays I run everyday for at least an hour, drink two cups of coffee and a cup of tea, eat nothing until dinner (and try and eat as little as possible most of the time), and that worked for a while, but now I've stopped losing weight, and what's worse is that I've weighed the same weight for 2 months. Why can't I lose weight anymore, despite the fact I eat less than I used to and exercise more?
