Weight keeps changing in one day

Hello, something has been bothering me since I started my weight loss journey since Septmeber, in that my weight keeps changing 2-5 times in one day, this makes me unable to know which one should I put in my log book where I record my weight for specific dates. Like in the morning, I will weight 82 lbs, and later on it becomes 85, then in the eveking it'll be 83, at night 84, then another hour it will be 86 lbs. Why does this keep happening?

Also in additon, I wanna ask why my body doesn't lose a pound in a week, even though I work out everyday, jog every evening, go biking every other day, and only eat 2 times a day (I wake up very late in the day, so my breakfast and lunch will just be one meal).

I'm a 5'7 man, and I can't exactly pinpoint what my real weight is as it keeps changing everyday and several times in a day.

What is consistent however is whenever I weight myself first thing in the mornings is my weight will either be 83 or 82 lbs.
