I have finally bought a walking pad, what with the evenings being so cold and dark and an annoying bout of plantar fasciitis stopping my running training for a while. The special aisle in Aldi was selling them for Black Friday so I treated myself.
Does anyone have any tips or tricks for use - eg, should I also get some wrist weights or something? If I have only carpet, does it need a yoga mat underneath?
I used it last night for the first time while watching TV and again this morning before starting work, what a game changer!
