I've been actively trying to lose weight by tracking calories with MyFitnessPal and moderate excercise (30 minutes strength twice a week, 20 minutes cardio twice a week, Yoga/Stretching once a week).
I'm 110KG and am keeping my calories around 2200 per day and I'm not really losing anything.
I've been very strict and even at weekends no 'empty calories', just good home prepared food and plenty of water/herbal teas.
I've done weight loss before, tracking my food, with excercise and had excellent results (I had gone from 95KG to 70KG), but life events and excuses got me back to 100KG.
I also know from experience weight loss isn't a steady curve of progress, but I've been stuck between 109-110KG for several weeks now, it's incredibly demotivating.
