First off this is going to be a long one so I apologise for that. Im a 29 year old male, standing 5 foot 6 inches, I weigh 13 stone currently and I have a flabby belly and man boobs. My issues are common, I know I need to loose weight and I love to eat, problem is 90% of the time im too lazy to do anything about it. This changes now as I've got my first born daughter on the way and my wedding next year too. I average about 15000 steps a day with the work I do. I have my own mini gym at home complete with treadmill, cross trainer, weights with bench and sit up bench. I need help and im no longer afraid to ask for help. I want to look presentable for my wife and little girl. What can I do? Any and all help is massively appreciated.
