Hi, I’m obviously eating healthy and doing cardio, but I’m wanting to start building muscle and right now I just feel stupid using the weights at the gym. I use dumbbells at home, but the next big step I want to take is doing the machines at the gym. That at least gets my foot in the door. Has anyone gotten a fit and healthy body by just eating healthy, doing cardio, and doing just the machines? Or do I have to do weight lifting as well? Side note: I don’t want to be big and bulky, just healthy and toned. I’m also 27 and a female if that matters. Thank you!
