i’ve been on a calorie deficit for about 2 weeks with working out 3 times a week and at home workouts on off days. been eating way cleaner and drinking tons of water and i’ve been finding easy to stick to my new diet for the most part (sometimes i sneak a bite of my gfs or siblings junk food but im not indulging)
my problem is my siblings want to get kbbq tomorrow and it’s honestly my favorite thing to eat out. i was wondering if indulging for the one night will ruin any progress i made mentally and physically? should i plan out my meals like i normally do throughout the day, or should i try only snacking and eating what i want at dinner?
any advice for this and just cheat meals/cheat days in general 🙏 i am under the impression that eating junk one day is fine as long as it’s controlled and can keep up my regular diet and exercise.
my biggest weight was 280, i went down to 260 went back up to 280 and im currently at 271 if that matters.
