Over the past 4 months I lost around 15kg with calorie defecit and working out , however tha past 15days I've hit a Plateau, I couldn't move past 61kg no matter how hard I tried ..
I am currently trying the cabbage soup detox for three days, it's day two for me and the scale has moved in a well number but I know it's just water weight and it'll come back+ I feel like it's not the healthiest way to approach the issue because it left me feeling dizzy and with low energy but am not sure if it does break the plateau.
How'd usually break it? Like what's the way to keep losing body fat not just water weight after you achieve certain weight
Ps: some people recommend an open cheat day, but I can't bring myself to do it, it'll feel like all my hardwork to get used to the healthy habits would go in vein idk ... What do you guys suggest.. please help
