Ummontivated and lost

Hey guys! I joined this group because I was wondering if anyone had tips or has gone through the same thing I’m going through? So for context my highest weight use to be 298lbs and lost about 40lbs 2 years ago. With in the two years I had hormonal problems and was out on estrogen. I ended up gaining all the weight back plus more and got up to 348lbs. Since August I have been losing weight and now am around 320-330lbs. I’m estimating because I keep gaining the ten pounds and the losing it again. I know what my problem is and it’s overeating. Normally I would care about overeating but ever since I’ve moved away to college for some reason I just don’t care? I’m not sure if I’m depressed or stressed but now I barely care about my diet or my college work. I’ll stay motivated for a few days and then ultimately stop. Has anyone ever had this happen before and how did you get yourself out of place like this? Also, my first goal is to get under 300lbs so any tips on how to do so would be greatly appreciated. I honestly feel like I have lost all of my knowledge on weight loss over the years, and I also feel I’m unmotivated because no matter if I lose 30 or 50lbs I still have a lot to go and it’s hard knowing I’m going to be doing this for so long.
