too fast

hi all! i’m a bit confused/concerned and was hoping for some answers. i’ve been going to the gym twice a week for only two weeks and i’ve lost 10lbs.

when i first realized, i was happy at first but as i sat with it, it got me a bit worried. i googled it but of course just fell down a rabbit hole making me more nervous. so, i thought id come here, in hopes to hear some opinions from some real life people.

is this something i should be concerned about, or should i just be thankful?

for reference i am 24 years old, female, 5’1 and was 200lbs. (now 189.) i am otherwise healthy except for the fact that i have COPD.
