Idk why or how but within 3 months with no dieting or food intake I went from 291 to 263. When I noticed the weight loss I was shocked at how much I had lost and it was at the point my family noticed I looked very different. I went from my 2xl starting to fit tight on my stomach to my shirts fitting me big. 1 week after this I had a Drs appointment to get a check up and bring up the weightloss(including other symptoms) and when I weighed in I was 256. The appointment was on Tuesday, and on Sunday I ended up at the er after throwing up blood and I found out I had rhabdomyolysis and proceed to spend a week in the hospital. When I came in and when I left the hospital I weighed 248. Due to also finding out I had elevated liver enzymes, I’ve been on a no bread, rice, pasta, or sugar diet for 1 week since leaving the hospital last Thursday. Today I am now at 242 and going down. Idk why it’s all of sudden so easy to lose weight but based on the timeline of things should I be worried? My family and friends have expressed that I look very different and weak very suddenly. I’m 24 6ft 242 and I’m starting to fit in large tshirts and that should give you a visual on my build. Any suggestions or advice would be appreciated:)
