Starting My Weight Loss Journey and I Need Help

Hello! My name is DJ and I am a 25 year old male. I'll be starting my journey at 350 pounds and a sedentary lifestyle has made me lose some of my muscle and has made my stomach bulge out rapidly. I am trying to stick to a diet but I need cheap or free at home exercises to do to help with my weight loss journey.

I am tired of the looks and the comments and I feel worse every day I look in the mirror. I am looking for any help, motivation, or expertise in getting back down to my target weight of 240 pounds by this time next year I want to go back to how I looked 6 years ago before it is too late and I never start my journey. If anybody has any exercise plans, diet help, or any sort of method for losing weight that worked for them I am all ears.
