Should I worry about my cortisol levels if I run often?

I have been worried about my cortisol levels recently and I'm curious to see at what point should it be a worry. I run have been running 5x a week for about three weeks, at first it was 5mph for 24 mins but now I'm up to 6mph at 25 mins. If I stay consistent on my cardio should I worry about my cortisol levels at all?

The reason for the worry is I felt like I've hit a plateau on my weight loss, I've been consistent on my calories and have been increasing my cardio so I'm just confused on what's the issue. I kinda got down a rabbit hole on cortisol as maybe a reason and it's kinda been stuck in my head. My main wonder is my diet as my sleeping habits is for sure a wip but my diet has never been the "cleanest". But how much would that be an issue if I'm running consistently?
