Hey,
So i’ll start by mentioning that I‘m pretty short (4‘11) and weigh 112 lbs. I want to lose a couple pounds I gained over the summer (9 lbs) and i’ve did the calculations and whatnot. with my lifestyle I should be eating around 1200-1400 kcal for weight loss. I’ve been doing that quite strictly for a month now. nothing. no weight gain but also no weight loss. Could it be that my TDEE is actually lower and I need to eat even less then this? To be fair, eating around 1400 cals, i feel pretty satiated and not really like I‘m dieting. But it’s still objectively not a lot and kind of makes food noise louder. Do some (fellow short) people have any tips on how to to navigate this plateau? and any opinions if I should eat less for a short period of time to get to my goal weight again?
