I've been almost 3 years on keto and doing 18:6 fast and gone from 170kg to about 100kg (190cm 30y male) and since the beginning i've told myself that 100kg is my first goal and after that i'll re-evaluate my situation.
I'm from Finland but i'm still in Australia for a few months atleast visiting and while being here i've stuck to what i know which is keto and i don't have a problem sticking with it, but now that i've been more active here than in Finland i was thinking should i introduce carbs back into my diet or no? Sometimes i feel like getting some spring rolls or fried rice from a chinese place or some fast food since i'm in Australia but i feel like i'll instantly put on 5kg after. I'm not interested in any sugary stuff. I go to the gym four times a week and do full body workouts and 15min on the rowing machine with max resistance before i leave. I don't track anything i've just started to like going to the gym and focus on losing fat and build some muscle on the side...
I know ultimately it is calories in and calories out and i'm feeling like i'm rambling a bit but i guess what i'm asking is if i start eating more carbs how would it affect me and my fasting? I feel like on keto i rarely get the feeling of hunger.
