first my stats: 35f, 5.1, SW 148 lbs, CW 141 lbs
don't really have a GW, i just want to get below 130 lbs and see how i feel.
i've only started taking weightloss seriously around the beginning of august when i also started taking exercise more seriously and finally started running regularily (before i'd start and stop and couldn't build any consistency). i have lost weight unitentionally in the months before that, because my HW was 152 lbs at one point, but i don't know when or how fast it happened.
i keep reading that for most people weightloss starts quite quickly and stalls later on, which is obviously not happening for me.
but also read that if there's not a lot of excess weight in the first place, weightloss might be slower in general. i think this probably is what's happening for me? while i definitely am in the overweight range, there's not a long way to go until i'm back in the normal range and i seem to have quite a good amount of lean mass in the first place.
if there's anybody with similar stats, could you share your experience? thank you 🫶
PS: because people will probably ask: i eat around 1500 kcal, but don't track religiously, because it triggers me immensly. i also just came off a 3 week break from tracking because i was travelling, but i still lost because it was a surf trip and surfing is quite the calorie burner...
