I need help! I can’t get myself to stop eating so much! Depression and cravings are “through the roof”!
I don’t know what to do. I can’t get myself to stop eating so much!
I’m gaining weight. I don’t know what I should do.
I need something that can “turn off” my cravings or whatever. Aren’t there any supplements that I can try that can do that for me?
What is the routine for those who stay skinny anyways? How often do they have a cheat day? How often to have cheat days is ok?
I don’t know what to do any more. Routine perhaps? All I know is that I often work well on things when there’s routine established.
I don’t know. I’m just at a great level of despondency. I need to get my mind off food somehow.
