how to lose 7.4 kg in 2 months?

I'm 179 cm tall, 82.4kg. I've worked out 14 times in the past month. gym 2 then 3 times a week. I'm keeping track. I haven't lost any weight, unless you count .1kg from 82.5kg. I warm up 30 mins on stationary bike resistance 5, aiming for 10km, highest has been 10.6km lowest 8.26km. I realised recently I've been doing at least 3 possibly 4 of the exercises wrong working my arms instead of the designated muscles; seated row, chest press, lat pulldown and lateral raise. I'm thinking of skipping the weight machines until a PT can show me how to use them. Do bicep curls (5 or 6 kilos), Tricep press (32kg) shoulder press (14 kilos), push ups, plank, maybe skip rope or jumping jacks. I've decided to add running to my gym routine. 30 minute runs 2 or 3 times a week. Today's run was 4km at 30.07 mins. Asked ai, but grain of salt.
