Can the calorie labels of keto breads be wrong?

I love bread, but I am on a diet and I am cutting calories. While visiting the US, I bought tons of low-calorie keto bread, such as

Nature's Own - white sliced bread, hamburger buns, hot dog buns

Sola - bagels (I love it!), soft white bread

Bettergoods - sandwich bread

Oroweat - hot dog bun (It was amazing)

Mission - zero tortilla, carb balance

Ole - keto friendly tortillas

I eat the whole package of bread at one time, since I eat only one meal a day. But I don't eat more than 1 package a day, and I don't exceed my daily calroies goal.

If the calories (per gram) of these breads are correct, then theoretically I should lose weight and lose body fat. If the nutrition facts labeled in these breads are correct, the calorie intake from bread is no more than 800kcal/day.

But in reality, I gained 2kgs in 10 days after starting to eat these breads. And I feel that my thighs and flank became soft, bigger, swollen. (Thigh circumference +1.5cm)

I am very worried if some of the nutrition info are false.

In my country, the food laws are'nt strict and there were many "diet food" companies lying about nutrition facts. However, I believe that US food laws are stricter.

So is it possible that the low-calorie keto breads actually have much higher calrories than their nutrition fact labels?

Are there laws in the US that obligates food companies to actually measure the nutrition of their foods by laboratory analysis?

I am very worried. I love bread so the US keto breads were my last hope. And I wonder why I gained weight and why my thigh size got bigger so quickly.
