Is this normal
Im a beginner on my 6th week of consistent training, last week of training I experienced some regression probably due to the sickness and break i had to take for 1 week, but my lift weight and rep amount hasny changed at all since last week, I cant even do 1 more rep extra, am I starting a plateau or is this completely normal, my progress since last week hasn't changed at all and im worried, I do eat properly and sleep properly and do my forms fairly great, and Yes I also do progressive overload and take rest days. Although I did increase the weight last week but I am still doing the same amount of reps and weight and sets as last week, so is this normal and my body is still adjusting to the new weight or am I in a plateau
