I started my journey on September 1st of this year. My starting weight was about 272. I got down to 263 about a week ago. Since then, my weight has pretty much stayed the same. My highest weight three years ago was over 300. I started a new job in November 2022 and lost 60 pounds in six months. I got down to 258. This summer I went back up to around 275. I try really hard to only eat 1200 calories and log everything I eat. I walk about seven to eight miles a day at work Monday through Friday. On weekends I try really hard to do as much exercising as possible. Why is my weight already plateauing? I don’t know what I am doing wrong but I usually am starving.
