What to do day after a night binge??? Helppp

So I was successfully in a calorie deficit until tonight. I was done with my calories for today but I was still hungry so I decided to have “something light” and just add that to my calories for tomorrow. Well it turned into a binge and I basically ate all of my calories for tommorow (plus another 200). I don’t know what to do. I really don’t want to delay my progress as I have a goal to reach by my vacation in December. Should I just fast tomorrow and try to burn the 200 extra calories or should I try burning 200+ maybe 800 so I can actually eat something tomorrow? I really regret my binge and at this point I feel like I should just punish myself by fasting but I don’t know what would be the healthiest approach to this
