What are some things I can eat instead of potatoes?

I just started eating in a calorie deficit and as someone who absolutely LOVES rice, it’s been really hard to replace it with other types of carbs. I’m not fully cutting out rice but I would definitely like to stop eating it everyday.

Right now I steam my potatoes and eat it with chicken breast and a salad. I dont really have any fancy meal prep for my diet at the moment lol

I’m not sure if eating steamed potatoes everyday is healthy, what else can i rotate it with??? Any suggestions? Thank you
