I need to lose weight. I know weight loss is slow and up and down but I am absolutely done with my current weight. I feel disgusted with my weight I feel so unhealthy and like my health has declined due to my weight. My biggest problem is I’m always hungry. No matter how much I eat I feel hungry and am always eating and snacking. I feel like if I got my diet under control I would have an easier time losing weight. I can’t get a gym membership yet and can mostly just do cardio outside. I need ideas for like low calorie high volume foods. Things I can do to feel full longer. Anything to help me lose a lot of weight fast I’m really focused on losing weight fast because I can’t keep being like this.
