Hey all, I'm 31, 5'2, currently at 215 lbs. Decided about 6 weeks ago to get really serious, track my calories strictly and go on daily walks (zone 2 cardio at least 30mins). I thought i was plateauing hard, and then i realized: I hold my weight for like, a week and half to two weeks, and then suddenly drop 1 to 3 lbs seemingly overnight. Then i hold steady again. My graph is starting to look like stairs.
Is this normal? Anyone else only drop weight in wooshes? To me it seems like a slow, gradual decrease is normal.
