I want to lose weight for an upcoming wedding, November 15th. I currently weigh 127lbs, I’ve been on a weight loss journey all year. I’m so happy to finally have hit in the healthy weight zone on the BMI calculator. I have almost no butt though. How do I grow that, what exercises do you do. I absolutely hate lunges and Bulgarian split squats…. Just looking for advice :) should I focus on just losing more weight before focusing on glutes, a strong back and quads? I do weight training at the moment I just wonder if I should switch some work outs to more glute exercises and such??
