Is this a bad diet? Help me with meal choices?

Breakfast:

58 grams of blueberry walnut oatmeal - 230 calories

One medium banana - 105 calories

Breakfast calories - 335

Lunch:

Fettuccini Alfredo - 250 calories

Strawberry cheesecake Greek yogurt - 80 calories

Lunch calories - 320

Dinner:

One serving of chicken a la king - 200 calories

Strawberry cheesecake Greek yogurt - 80 calories

Dinner calories - 280

I usually drink 2-3 cans of diet Mountain Dew per day so I’ll just say 15

Also drink around four 24oz bottles of water per day

Total calories according to lose it app - 969 calories

I also walk 6-8 miles per day at work

I know it’s not the best diet but I’m literally just starting today haha. I also really hate cooking. I’m trying to meal plan so any advice would be great. I’m 5’3” and 240Lbs
