So for the past four years now I have been trying to stick to a calorie deficit.
I first tried keto diet which was a disaster I tried it a few times in different ways just to give it a chance.
Then I tried progressively lowering my calories 100 per week from what I was normally eating. Didn't work.
Then I tried it even slower 100 every two weeks didn't work.
I tried lowering my calories negative -200 calories and walking didn't work.
I tried smaller meals 6-8 a day didn't work.
I tried very high protein diet didn't work.
I tried a more fibre rich diet didn't work.
I tried low sugar diet didn't work.
I tried a high satiety index diet didn't work.
Honestly every diet you can think about I have tried it.
Please how can I finally stick to a diet? My cholesterol is so bad and my triglycerides are terrible. Why can't I do this please give me some advice.
EDIT: What I mean by it doesn't work is I don't have binge problems I just want to eat more. I don't really have a sweet tooth or anything like that. I had a CBC complete blood count and everything is okay, blood sugar included.
I just get hungry and eat because I can't stick with the feeling of hunger and just start eating. You know when you're hungry and want to eat more? It's just that I don't know how else to explain it.
