I just signed back up for planet fitness. I had a membership before, but dont drive and the one closest to me was over an hour bus ride away. So i never went.I moved a couple years ago and now there was thats 2 miles away and easy to get to.
How do i even get myself to get up and go? What do i start on when there? Its been SSSOOO long and im super out of shape. I signed up for a 30 minute build your own fitness plan with a personal trainer so hopefully that'll give me some insight. Im trying to lose 30-40lbs and get my blood pressure down as its pretty dang high atm. 140/99. Ugh... im so disapppointed in myself for letting things get this bad.
