hi everyone! I’m a 5’8 293lb female and I’ve been in a calorie deficit for about a month now and I started at 301. I am studying abroad in January (four months away) and I’d love to be in the 240-250 range but when i try and look at people in the same boat as me they say they lost like 40 pounds in two months! While it’s motivating for me, i know bodies are different and it’s a different case for everyone. how come when people are heavier , like me at 290, tend to lose weight fast like that? I’m purely on a calorie deficit right now (i hit around 12k steps at my job) and plan to incorporate the gym very soon but I was just wondering if that’s like a common trend amongst people in their journey! thank yall!
