Healthy weight but still fat??

Hello, for context I’m 21M, 5’10 and currently 162lbs. My heaviest was around 255 and lost a majority of the weight over the last 3 years sort of naturally without really dieting/working out and it stopped around 180lbs. The last few months I’ve been in a calorie deficit and been hitting the gym 6 days a week (strength and cardio) to lose the rest of the weight leaving me at 162 currently. My problem is that I still have a good amount of belly and lower back fat even though I’m at a healthy weight. What is the solution to this? Lose more weight? Continue cutting? Any advice is helpful, thank you!
