I've been losing weight for a while, went from 153kg to 128 over a year, then summer came and i jumped up to 130, which is a normal bump, then i went on vacation and came back at 136kg.
Ever since i came back i noticed i have started making poor snacking choices.
Chips, candy, chocolate, all that stuff that is fine in moderation, and that i ate all throughout my weightloss journey. But now i'm eating it too often, daily, multiple times per day, while knowing full well it's bad for me. Waiting for lunch? Chips. Done with dinner? Chocolate. Watching TV? A cookie or two. And i know very well how bad that is for me. I know how bad it is calorie wise, i know how bad it is health wise, but i can't seem to stop. I just do it while thinkin gof how unhealthy it is.
And it's not that i eat too little throughout the day, as i said i've lost a good amount of weight so i'm very knowledgeable when it comes to weightloss.
Any help please?
