Hi all. I posted a few months ago here, saying that I struggle with changing the way I eat. A lot of people advised me to walk, which I now do. I bought a walking pad. I do it everyday when I don't work ( I already move quite a bit on workdays). It helped me stop gaining I think. Maybe I lost a tiny bit. But the problem still remains, I can't stay on a healthy diet. I did manage to stop binge eating thanks to therapy. But I still eat a lot of process foods and sugar loaded stuff. If I don't I crave it a lot. I guess you can't get rid of 30 years of bad habits in just a few months. So today I thought maybe it's time to talk to a professional ? But I did in the past and never really followed through with it, but that was before my 2+ years of therapy and EMDR. I'm looking for advices and stories of any people who seeked professional help please. 🙏
