I used to be like 175-180+ pounds when i was only 14, but once i hit 19-21 i started losing weight slowly over time. I would always only eat fast food since thats what my mother fed us, but now i try to eat in moderation and eat more healthier.
Im now about 135 pounds and my height is 5’1. I still feel like i look so chubby especially in my tummy, legs, and face. People have constantly pointed it out, so im still very insecure of my weight. There are other women my weight who look way skinnier. As well as women with a higher weight dont look as pudgy compared to me. I really feel confused about why I just look so visibly overweight. Im still trying to manage losing 10-25 more pounds though
