Hi all,
I (35m) am currently 330 lbs and have lost 30 lbs so far just through diet in the last 6 months. Id like to start incorporating weight lifting to get some muscle stamina and strength back into my life but don't know where to start.
When I was younger I used to workout so I'm no stranger to weight lifting. The issues I'm running into in finding a plan is the movement issues for the workout paired with I can lift my body weight for a pushup for more than 1 or 2 reps.
Does anyone have any lifting plans which focus on machine, bars, and dumb bells to work off of?
I already do a lot of walking with work.
