Hey guys, i'm hoping to go on a no sugar "diet" for 2 weeks, just to clean up around the edges. The goal of this is not to lose weight, but to just feel less bloated and more energetic in general. I have a major sweet tooth and am hoping that this will help me deal with cravings, as i've read that many people who try this often agree that they do not like the taste of sugar as much anymore. My question is: how much do you encompass in a no sugar diet? Do yall still eat fruit? Condiments with sugar like ketchup? Breads, tortillas, etc that have sugar? Obviously things like chocolate, chips, and general junk food would be off the table, but beyond that? What are your thoughts and experiences?
