Hello, I’m 240 pound male 5’11 who’s around 35% body fat but my scale isn’t moving at all after a week I want to lose some weight so I started walking and got a gym membership a week ago. I’m lifting 3 days a week and I’m walking 10k steps a day. I’ve done a good bit of research on calorie intake for maintenance etc
I downloaded MyFitnessPal app and started logging all of my food so I know I’m pretty close to what it should be
I’m eating at 2200-2300 calories a day But the scale keeps going from 241-239.8 over the last week (I weigh myself every day same time in the morning after going to the bathroom without cloths on)
Is this normal or do I need to lower my calories more?
