I'm 16. I've been trying since I was twelve. I feel like everyone else i see who tells me they will lose weight actually succeeds. And I dont. I'm 5'9 and weigh 150 pounds.
Ny excersize and diet has changed multiple times over the years because after months I will not see any progress. Then the lack of progress causes me to lose all motivation and give up.
I have no access to a gym. I've been doing basic floor excersizes for at home. I, a couple months ago, started doing dance workouts as well which is more enjoyable but im not confident im going to lose anything still.
Most of the fat pools in my stomach and legs.
Is there any way I can actually lose weight?
