Okay, so realistically I know that my portions before were massive, but now I’m intuitively eating less because after losing about a stone so far, I can’t eat as much anymore.
I noticed it really today since I was really thinking about how much I used to eat even about three weeks ago. I had a jacket potato today, and I had about 60g of sweetcorn, about 50g tuna and a third of a can of baked beans, which is a pretty average meal, but I felt physically ill after eating that, I just woke up from my food coma.
Previously, I used to have two potatoes, about 100g tuna, half a can of beans and about 2 large handfuls of cheese, and I’d still be hungry after that.
Also, I could easily finish 100g milk chocolate bar previously, but earlier I had the 13g kinders since I was out and it was cheap, and it felt sickly sweet and I got sick of it after the first two rectangles after eating dark chocolate for so long.
As much as this is definitely a plus that I’m able to stop when I feel full, even leaving a couple bites behind and saying no to food, I’m under-eating a lot because of it.
(I took down my previous post about feeling dizzy after under eating, and a lot of very kind and concerned commenters gave advice, but a lot was on the mental health side since I’m a minor)
