Well we knew it would happen. I had THAT week. Work, life, my mental health, everything conspired against me to make this week suck like ass. I was at 125.6kg(276.9lb) last week and today im at 127.4kg(280lb). I feel crap. Trying to remind myself im down from 140kg (308lb) at the start and a bad week will floor anyone and I just need to address the issues , do the prep then do the work/live . But I cant help but be incredibly sad. I know i didnt put the work in and only have myself to blame for this. I know I had a binge yesterday for the first time in 2 months to eat my feelings. Knoe I only went to the gym once and yeah. Im going to not stop, but God, I feel shit right now.
